Looking to quench your thirst with a classic, refreshing cocktail that has stood the test of time? Look no further than the Tom Collins, a delicious and easy-to-make drink that has been a crowd-pleaser for over a century.

The Tom Collins is a classic drink that has been enjoyed by people all around the world for over a century. Its refreshing taste and easy-to-make recipe have made it a favorite among cocktail lovers everywhere.

There are two different versions of the history of the cocktail, one from New York and the other from London. In New York, the drink was first introduced as the "John Collins". The name change was likely due to a popular prank at the time in which people would ask their friends if they knew Tom Collins, a made-up person, and then proceed to spread false rumors about him. The drink became so popular that it was eventually named after this imaginary man.

In London, the drink was first introduced at a bar in the late 1800s. It quickly became a popular drink in London and spread to other parts of Europe. Today, the Tom Collins is enjoyed all around the world and remains a favourite of cocktail enthusiasts and casual drinkers.
