Picante de la Casa
Otherwise known as the Soho House Tonic, the Picante de la Casa is a riff on the popular Tommy's Margarita, with the addition of spicy chilli and herbacous coriander.

- 3 slices of spicy red chilli
- 1 small sprig coriander 4-5 leaves with stalk
- 60 mL reposado tequila
- 20 mL agave syrup
- 30 mL lime juice
- The top of a red chilli to garnish
In the base of a cocktail shaker, add slices of chilli and coriander and muddle.
Pour in your tequila, agave syrup and lime juice. Add ice and shake to chill.
Double strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish with the top of a chilli.
- Add or substract the amount of chilli based on how spicy you like your drink, and the heat of the chilli you are using.
