Ingredients

  • 50 g butter
  • 1/3 cup tahini
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1/3 cup Natvia natural sweetener
  • 1/4 cup warm water
  • 2 cups puffed rice
  • 1/2 cup desiccated coconut

Instructions

  1. Over a double boiler, whisk butter, tahini, cocoa powder, Natvia and water until the mixture is silky smooth. Remove from heat and set aside for a few minutes to cool.
  2. Stir in puffed rice and coconut. Press into a tray lined with baking paper. Refrigerate for one hour to harden before serving.
