Peach Aperol Punch
Peach Aperol Punch is a light and fruity summertime drink served in a jug to be enjoyed with friends.

- 4 peaches yellow or white varieties
- 1 cup basil leaves
- 250 mL Aperol
- 125 mL Peach Schnapps or Peach Liqueur
- 500 mL Prosecco
- 500 mL soda water
- Ice
Garnishes
- Peaches sliced
- Basil leaves
Half peaches, removing the seed and slice each half into thirds.
In a jug, add peaches and fresh basil leaves. Pour over Aperol, Peach Schnapps, Prosecco and soda water. Stir well and then fill top jug with ice, mixing again to chill cocktail.
To serve, divide Peach Aperol Punch among glasses and top with sliced peaches and extra basil leaves.
