Zero Proof Coconut Margarita
A tropical (and zero alcohol) twist on the classic, this coconut margarita is bright, tart and refreshing.

- Desiccated coconut lime zest and salt, to rim
- 60 mL non-alcoholic blanco tequila
- 30 mL lime juice
- 60 mL coconut milk
- 22.5 mL agave syrup
- 5 mL coconut extract optional
- Lime wedge or wheel to garnish
Combine desiccated coconut, lime zest and salt on a plate. Run the cut side of a lime over the rim of the glass (or down one side, like I did). Dip into your salt mixture and then fill your glass with ice.
In the base of a cocktail shaker, add NA tequila, lime juice, coconut milk, agave syrup and coconut extract. Add ice and shake for 15 seconds to chill.
Strain into your prepared glass and garnish with a wedge of lime.
