Mezcal Mule
A twist on the popular classic Moscow Mule, the Mezcal Mule boasts fruity, tart and smoky flavours in every sip.

- 3 slices cucumber
- 15 mL agave nectar
- 45 mL mezcal
- 22.5 mL lime juice
- 22.5 mL passionfruit puree
- Ginger beer to top
- Garnish: cucumber slice crystallised ginger and chilli powder
Add cucumber slices and agave nectar to the base of a cocktail shaker and muddle.
Add the mezcal, lime juice and passionfruit puree. Add ice and shake to chill.
Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. Top with ginger beer.
Garnish with cucumber slice and crystallised ginger on a cocktail pick. Sprinkle with chilli powder.
