Gold Rush
The Gold Rush is an easy, three ingredient cocktail combining the caramel toffee notes of bourbon with fragrant honey and lemon.
Ingredients
- 60 mL bourbon
- 22.5 mL lemon juice
- 22.5 mL honey syrup 3:1 honey and water
- Lemon twist to garnish
Instructions
- In the base of a cocktail shaker add bourbon, lemon juice and honey syrup.
- Add ice and shake to chill.
- Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish with lemon zest.
Notes
Honey Syrup
- Combine 3 parts honey and 1 part warm water in a jar. Shake to combine.
