Pickle Martini
A twist on the dirty martini, the pickle martini uses the tangy brine to create a sharp and savoury drink.
Servings: 1 serve
Ingredients
- 60 mL vodka
- 15 mL dry vermouth
- 15 mL pickle juice/brine add based on your own tastes!
- Pickle or gherkin to garnish
Instructions
- In the base of a cocktail mixing glass, add vodka, vermouth and pickle juice.
- Add ice and stir to chill. Strain into a chilled martini glass.
- Garnish with a sliced pickle or gherkin on a cocktail pick.
Notes
- Keep your vodka in the freezer to ensure it's wonderfully cold when you make your martini.
