French 75
The perfect boozy brunch drink, a classic French 75 with gin, lemon and bubbles.

- 45 mL gin
- 10 mL sugar syrup
- 15 mL lemon juice
- 90 mL champagne or sparkling wine
- Lemon twist to garnish
Add gin, sugar syrup and lemon juice in the base of a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake to chill.
Finely strain into a chilled champagne flute.
Top with champagne or sparkling wine. Garnish with a lemon twist.
