Ingredients

  • 10 medjool dates
  • 200 g almond meal
  • 1/3 cup tahini
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp Natvia natural sweetener
  • 1 cup desiccated coconut , plus extra for rolling
  • 1/4 cup rum

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients into a food processor and blitz until a stick dough is formed.

  2. Roll into bite-sized balls and coat in extra desiccated coconut. Chill for at least 30 minutes in the fridge before serving.
