Berry Coconut Bliss Balls

Ingredients

  • 250 g berries
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 2 teaspoon Natvia Natural Sweetener
  • 5 large medjool dates
  • Desiccated coconut for rolling

Instructions

  • In a food processor, combine all ingredients excluding the desiccated coconut. Blitz until a crumbly dough forms.
  • Roll dough into 16 bite-sized balls and roll into desiccated coconut.
  • Place in the freezer for 30-60 minutes to harden before serving. Store covered in the fridge for up to five days.

Notes

  • Fresh or frozen berries are suitable for this recipe
