Coconut Jar

The easiest, indiest snack you can take to work or uni or your independently run music gig in an old warehouse where everyone is wearing socks and sandals and double denim and nose rings cause not conforming is the new black…

or whatever.


Coconut Jars
Makes 1

1/4 cup granola
1/4 cup of fresh fruit, chopped
1 tbsp chia seeds
Handful of cashews
Handful of hazelnuts
Sprinkle of sunflower seeds
1/4 cup raw buckwheat
1/4 cup mixed berries
3/4 cup coconut milk

Layer everything into your jar aside from the coconut milk. Keep this separate and pour over right before you eat.
